Mishmor has come to an end
Oholei Torah's steps we no more ascend
Hurt and worn out we would be
When we got up Finally

We would all sit down and learn
The nosh that we ate, made our heads turn
Fun games by night activity
The director thought he was funny

The next Thursday night at home
Meir was sitting alone
His Bochur and nosh just was not there
And no plastic chair

A tear rolls down from his cheek
How will I exercise this week
I now understand why the steps we must climb
And learn the whole time
